He went into the attic to look over potential problems, and sent us the pictures he took on the roof itself so we could see and discuss what needed to be done. He took his time and patiently answered all our questions. The quote was thorough and detailed, plus it included a cash only discount. We also want to mention Holly, the employee who was always kind when answering our financial questions. The day of the project, everyone was on time, worked hard, and respectful of our property. "I arranged with work with the owner Tony. Tony explained no matter what guard you use, and despite what salesmen tell you, you will still have to have them cleaned periodically. I beleive this as my neighbors on each side have guard sytems different from Rx and must have them cleaned. Nick, Jason and Dennis arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I had approximately 280 ft of 6" gutter over 3 floors of my house. They completely cleaned all gutters and installed the Rx gutter guard system. The install was in September 2017. I waited to provide this review as I wanted to see how they worked, I am very happy with this purchase, it takes the rain well, blocks leaves as intended and was not nearly as expensive as other products."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."
