"Tony worked with us to get a free quote and then we signed contract the next day for them to do our roof. We were scheduled and he was in contact with us when they were delivering materials and when they were starting the job. The guys came to start the roof and they were really nice guys. Courteous and picked up after themselves. Yard was cleaned up when they were done and the metal roof is really nice looking. The guys worked hard in the hot weather and in the rain. They got everything done in just 3 days and we have a pretty big roof. They did excellent and told us to call if we have any problems at all. Awesome team and definitely would recommend them!! Price was in our range and I was quoted soooo much higher than them when I was shopping around for roof guys. So happy we got them!!"

"Very professional. Brien Murphy provided us a great deal of detail concerning our roofing project and laid out the options with no pressure. We picked EZ from 5 total bids because of this and previous ratings on Angie's List. They were not the cheapest but we felt that we would get value for our money and we did. Not only did they call us to let us know they would be at our house a 7 am on a Tuesday but a crew showed up to shovel snow off the roof on Monday. They showed up on time and finished the roof in a half day. Cleanup was very thorough and the roof looks great. At the same time Brien was giving us a roof estimate we mentioned to him a problem we were having with some double pane windows that had lost their seal and were fogging. I really didn't want to go through replacing the windows since they were only 8 years old ( the manufacturer was out of business so the warranty was useless). He told us they could replace just the panes that were fogged and gave us a very reasonable price to do it. Within two weeks and on the same day the roof was being done, we had our windows fixed. One actually broke during re-installation. They don't want any money until this one is replaced. By the way they don't require a down payment. You pay in full at completion of the work. Pretty unusual for most contractors."

When my roof was damaged by weather, Jeremy of BEST was there to help me to navigate the journey to a replacement roof, from the initial estimate to working with the insurance company and through the installation and follow-up. I now have 50 year shingles, a great looking roof, and I know that my guarantee is backed by BEST. BEST showed up at my house at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled day for work, and by late afternoon had stripped off the old asphalt shingles, installed the new ones, cleaned up thoroughly around the house, and removed all of their equipment. I had always expected that getting a new roof would imply a few days of inconvenience, but there wasn’t even a moment of that. By the time I returned home from work, the job was done, my driveway was open, and the roof made the entire house look like new. "Where do I start? KLA Construction is staffed by the most talented, considerate and professional individuals we've ever dealt with. From the first day when Fred and Joanne visited our home and offered suggestions, to Robert supervising his crew, to the "crew" of Terry and Todd, we experienced nothing but outstanding work. Being an inside job, one would expect plaster dust throughout the house, but before Terry and Todd started, they completely "tombed" our bedroom furniture and floor in plastic and closed off the bathroom with a plastic curtain. They started everyday on time and left with their shop vac sweeping the hallway and stairs. We might have saved a little by shopping around, but when you get a job done to perfection with a minimal amount of effort on our part, you know right away that you hired the right company."
