"These young guys were great. The winter had cracked and lifted the back half of my garage floor. I contacted Jay and he responded with a quote and a date to begin work. They called back and said they could do the work a week earlier if i wanted which was great because i was getting ready to put my house up for sale. The work was completed on time looked great, I then had them dress up the gravel part of my driveway when they had a chance. It was done that day at a extremely reasonable cost. <br /> All in all these guys did a great job. He pointed out some of the things that would probably need fixed prior to renting. He explained his fees for property management i.e. percentage rent he charged and how he charged fees for services provided. Everything seemed reasonable and Glenn conducted himself just like it says on his website.  Although no work was performed I believe he'd do a  good job at what he did."
