The item I brought to Don is a bike AND adult Tricycle carrier, the carrier is heavy (75+ lbs) and complicated. The various components used to accommodate the bike and tricycle would loosen and shift. After I made certain that the bike and trike would sit properly on the carrier, Don did 17 spot welds to permanently lock the various components in place.
