I informed him how I wanted it installed, raised up to avoid the bottom of the door dragging against the carpet. He raised it an inch and a quarter. I wanted three eights. He did not use the level. He put the inside trim on the door and broke it and had to buy new trim. He did not insulate the outside of the door. He told me he would get the trim and insolation just right and he did not. He had to cut the brick mold down and he nailed it back on which split the brick mold. I would not recommend him for anything. ."

His work was clean and detailed and the room looks great due to this. He also fixed several issues from a previous contractor along the way, including resizing a door cutout that was too small, adjusting another door that never closed properly, and installed a header for the closet that a previous contractor did not. Assembling furniture, decluttering, and organizing are my top favorites to do at the moment. I've tiled, laid flooring, done drywall, installed a dryer (electric), washer, and a fridge, I can change the door knobs for you. Hang photos (just no tvs) and other misc smaller jobs you may have. \n\nI'm very particular on cleanliness and will not leave a mess. However if I am hired to clean or declutter, you will need to supply a wastebasket or dumpster as I do not haul away trash or anything.
