The project was completed in a very timely manner. His team was very professional. Part of the project included dealing with drainage problems in the area in which the patio was to be built. We are incredibly pleased with that outcome, too. Javier always had a smile and a positive attitude. Javier always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. "Jesus Varela -Terrainy Landscape responded to my inquiry almost immediately & was very professional and articulate. The quote was very fair, in fact, I was a bit surprised at the price, for the amount of work required. I asked him if he included the stump grinding in the quote & he said he actually forgot to include the cost for stump grinding, but he would honor the quote anyway. I simply couldnâ t allow him to do that, so he modified the quote to include stump grinding & I accepted it. He updated me throughout the project, with photos & status & completed the project in a timely manner. I actually had until 03/14/24 to abate my vacant lot, but I was able to contact â Code Enforcementâ this a.m. to let them know the lot is ready for their inspection. I am a very satisfied customer & will most likely be hiring Jesus Varela -Terrainy Landscape for future projects. He also made a recommendation for additional work, on my lot and Iâ m currently awaiting his quote for that work. "We used them for re-doing our ~500 sqft backyard which had old uneven and ugly asphalt. We looked at replacing it with concrete slab or pavers. I spent a fair enough time between Yelp, Angie's list and Houzz.com to get several quotes and for the amount of work, Evoturf was very reasonable for pavers. Actually came in close enough to the concrete slab option and made the decision easy. Pavers look a lot nicer :) Nick, Kevin and the crew were very professional and we are very happy with the attention to details and amount of work they put in over 3 days. Felt they were quick and did not cut corners."

Project was completed quickly and professionally with clean up and hall out. It was a patio project that included removing the sprinkler system, priming/painting block walls, cleaning/leveling dirt beds and filling with stones, and building and staining a wood slat A/C condenser screen. I grew up in Indio, so I connected with him quickly, he asked me my budget and worked with me to get the front and backyard landscaped and modified my current sprinkler system to drip irrigation. I had a cactus garden, and transplanted a lot of cactus throughout the property. His staff is very friendly and work very hard. I highly recommended Desert Terrain for your next project.
