Several years ago we started noticing that the ceiling in our kitchen was becoming mottled, and when my husband actually heard dripping on our kitchen ceiling, he called in a different roofing company to advise. That man climbed into our attic and noticed very shoddy workmanship by High Tops - basically, they had singled over open spots in our roof without first laying down wood or sub-surfacing. We should NOT have to climb into our attic (not an easy task) to inspect a roofer's work once the job is finished. VERY disappointed in the quality of this company's work. Now we must pay a different company to come in and clean up the mess they made, PLUS repair the inside of the house due to water leakage."
