"Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. "The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. I got a few different companies to check out my roof and provide bids and even before they came back with their actual numbers I was leaning toward Quantum because they were easy to communicate with and had great answers to all of my questions. "Wes came out and reviewed. Suggested removing shingles and flashing in the valley to determine where leak was coming from. This included an estimate for replacing shingles, plywood and extending the ice and snow shield further up the roof. It was determined that the leak was due to the flashing not being extended when my roof was replaced six years ago. Also had no problem adjusting the invoice due to not having to replace the plywood sheathing."
