"Called DAN DAN the carpet man and some other carpet cleaner service answered the phone DAN never showed up - it was a replacement from some other service- Angie's List is no longer dependable for referring the people on the list. I used Angies List successfully in the past but no more - more unreliable than Home Advisor or any other service where when you call someone on their referral list, the brother - in - law of the List Owner answers and he does the job - the people who actually subscribe to Angies service get screwed. I have the feeling reliable Angie is not the same: at least with her service before when you called someone - that's who answered the phone Not a substitute."

"Showed up late with no call until I called them after an hour late and still was another 45 minutes later then the time they gave me when I called. Dumped out a machine filter into my curb area grass. The deal was 4 areas for $59. I had two areas only but added a front hallway circular 7 carpet and they charged me double to $129. HUH?!? The main area carpet wasnt very bad at all and the high traffic areas look the same as if they were never cleaned. I took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry even with fans on so they left the carpets VERY wet."

"We hired Richard to repair and re-stretch carpet that had been very poorly installed by a local retailer that would not correct the problem. The original installer told us that there was nothing that could be done to fix the highly visible seams and the fraying at the edges. We had low expectation going into the project but had to do something. Once he was done all the carpet in the house looks near perfect.
