"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."

The designer gave me some great ideas for my primary concern and, because my townhouse is small, we talked thru ideas for one of my bathrooms, and also flooring on my stairs and in my main entrance. It can be a bit daunting to have a designer assess your home - but Gina was very professional and friendly. She helped me find a wonderful sofa, appropriately recommending investing in a slightly higher-end piece than I had considered initially because, "You'll be sitting on this every day" - and then shop for inexpensive "occasional chairs" which I did - and am very happy with the final results. These were both full remodels with new cabinets, tile, fixtures, plumbing, showers, and electrical work. As part of the work, he also fixed a draining issue and added insulation where it didn't exist before. His knowledge of what to do and how to fix things was impressive. What I appreciated the most was that Paul takes the time and effort to do everything with high quality, and when bringing in sub-contractors, he ensured all their work was up to his high standards.
