Hector was clear and knowledgeable about what was amiss and how to fix it. Our deck was not tight or square. Hector listened to what we hoped could be improved, examined the situation himself and stated what he and his crew could do to get our deck back in good shape. We had his written quote within hours and then waited for other professionals to bid. Two different men came out and looked thoroughly at our deck and declined to bid. "We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."
