"Plumbing Doc was willing to come out Sunday night to help me, but I said it could wait till Monday morning,  They arrived very promptly, They assessed the problem and went right to work. One of the replacement parts they brought was defective, not wanting to put that part in, they bought a new part.  It was installed and ready to go in a total of 25 min,  I was very pleased with the plumbers that came out, Rick and CJ, they were very courteous, professional and considerate of my home,  This is the 2nd time (The first time was for a clogged Main Line (shower, tub and toilet) I have used Plumbing Doc and I am very pleased with their service and prices. "I had three new toilets installed to replace those originally installed with the house in 1993. The service went very well. From the polite and efficient office administrators, Karen and Rachel, to the competent plumber, Rachel.  An aspect that truly stands out about Evans Mechanical is the attention they provide to the customer. Prior to the toilet installation, I had had Evans replace the furnace (a bigger and more expensive job), and I was pleased with their professionalism every step of the way. Communication matters a great deal, and Karen and Rachel are excellent communicators.  <br /> Curtis, the plumber, was kind, respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and showed me how to clean the tank so that I can hopefully preempt any fungal buildup to which toilets in this humid forested area are prone. He had also found the best possible match to the existing tile in my bathrooms, so we special-ordered the "biscuit" porcelain (for about an extra $100 per toilet).  <br /> I'm very pleased that I went with Evans Mechanical both for my plumbing needs and the new furnace. I felt that I was dealing with a responsive, reputable company that understands the importance of treating customers well. <br />"

"These guys promptly responded came out with little notice to camera and hydro-jet my sewer main due to a sewage backup that resulted in dirty water coming through my bathtub drain and overflowing, flooding the bathroom and hallway. Their price for that was extremely competitive (actually lowest out of all of the plumbers I called, including some family friends). While performing the camera inspection, they found a bunch of thick roots and a fairly severely damaged clay pipe on the lower lateral of the main. They said they would need to dig down about 10ft in my front yard and reline the clay pipe, which they credited the camera inspection and hydro-jetting fees towards. After calling around and shopping that service, these guys were still the lowest cost for the re-lining service as well. They scheduled and began this service within 2 days. After digging the hole and cutting into the main just before the pipe damage, it was discovered that the damage the the pipe was more excessive that expected and that relining would likely not be possible, which left the alternative of digging up the main out in the street for costs upwards of $20k-$30K. Fortunately, the team was able to come up with a solution where the pipe can still be relined, saving me the 10's of thousands of dollars it would have otherwise cost me. Eugene, Julio and their team were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. They all talked me through the process every step of the way, explaining everything they were doing and why so that I understood what was happening. I will likely never use any plumber other than these guys as long as I live in their service area."

"<p>We had this company come out and give us a bid for a Bathroom Remodel.  They were quick to come out and meet us and got the quote back to us in 2 days.  We were very impressed from the beginning with the way they listened to what we wanted and also had some great ideas.  Nicest guys to work with.  </p> <p>I can't say enough about the quality of work that was done and the efficiency. The bathroom turned out beautiful and feels so new and clean.  We are planning on having them do the remaining bathrooms and then the kitchen.  I was impress at how quickly the job was done.
