"Fantastic. Gordy and Troy could not have been nicer. They were referred to me by friends and I was extremely pleased at the response time they got back with me and how nice they were. I was told how much they charge "very reasonable" Everything was done on time and I had no problem leaving them at the house when I had to work. They went above and beyond what I expected and answered all my questions of what I needed to do since I had just bought this house. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The technician inspected the old, corroded faucets, said that he could do the work the same day. I have their maintenance contract and received a discount for the work. In multiple jobs here, Michigan Plumbing has always sent a competent and courteous technician."

"We have a 1958 ranch and the only bathroom had never been renovated. We wanted to start from scratch down to the studs for a 5’ x 8’ footprint. Sales person was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in selecting the various components and colors for the bathroom. The contract was very clear and detailed. Payment expectations were 1/3 upfront, 1/3 at the start of the project, and 1/3 at completion. The shower install was completed by Bath Works, which had a 12 month same as cash financing for the shower portion only. HWC coordinated and selected the various trades involved, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, shower install, and painting. The start of the project was pushed back several times, but communication was good. The actual work process was expertly done. The workmen were respectful, cleaned up each day, and were highly skilled. My wife and I are so satisfied with the end result. It is like going to the spa everyday. We intend to renovate the kitchen and basement down the road, and will definitely be turning to HWC in the future."

"The company showed up timely and corrected by problem (water backing up onto my patio and leaking through the slider doors into my basement). The worker was polite and knowledgeable. He helped by giving some advice as to how to prevent future problems, which I appreciated. That said, he did not do what I was advised would be done when I booked the work with the business owner, which was to send cameras through the drains, nor did he seem to be aware it had been arranged that the drains would be inspected by camera. On evaluating the job, the worker satisfied me that the cameras were not needed. However, when I contacted the owner afterward to advise him that less work had been needed (jetting drains only as opposed to making a camera inspection inside the drains and cleaning them), he would not give any price adjustment for the lesser amount of low-tech work done. Further, the workman used my garden hoses to connect his truck pump to my water supply. I thought the company should have been prepared with its own hoses. (What would have happened had I not owned sufficient hoses?) When the work was finished, he did not re-roll my hoses, leaving this for me to do (I'm a disabled woman). <br /> Overall, I paid $400 for a worker to come to my house, connect his pump to my well and use my water through hoses I supplied, and shoot pressurized water through my drains to clean them. This work took no more than 45 minutes, tops, and I was left to clean up afterward. I also was advised how to maintain the drains in the future, which I appreciated as the new homeowner who hadn't had this sort of situation at any home I'd ever owned. Nonetheless, I thought $400 for 45 minutes of uncomplicated work for which I had to supply materials and clean up afterward was excessive, and the business owner's refusal to adjust the price when the job was less complicated than anticipated felt unfair. In the end, though my problem was corrected, I felt ill-used by this business, and if I ever need to have my drains jetted again I will hire someone else. <br />"
