"Fantastic! Replaced about 75% of my standards sized gutters with oversized gutters (steeper roof sections with faster runoff). Even cleaned out some of the remaining gutters for me. That resolved the overflow problems I was having on the steeper sections of roof. The Leaf Relief gutter guards have been doing an excellent job. Home Depot sells the same brand, but only in very short (like 3-4 ft.) lengths for DIYers. That would be a huge pain to install, moving a ladder every few feet! The contractors can get them in much longer lengths and the install goes much faster. A high quality job done quickly! They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend New England Gutter Kings to anyone considering gutter replacement, cleaning or gutter guard installation."

"I had been looking for a company to install a 6 inch gutter and downspout over my front porch. The price was right and included cleaning the gutters. I was told they would re-nail any loose gutters and level gutters they found. They did not do that, but the new gutter works well. They did not try to up sell me screens, gutter guards gutter helmet or other things. They were efficient got the job done and were quick about it. I would recommend them again."

"The job didn't go as well as expected. Price was competitive. The quality of the materials seem good. I'm NOT impressed with the professionalism and interaction with the owner/installer. I arrainged for East Coast Gutters to talk with my carpenter about fascier changes prior to doing the job. He didnt do that and I believe the end result would have been better if he had. Also, there is one area where the upper roof is drained directly onto the shingles of a lower roof rather than draining through a downspout (as with my old gutter system). That was the way their proposal read but I didn't see this unessary and undesired detail in the plan. The design change should have been discussed prior to the job. I told the East Coast Gutters owner/installer that this design was not acceptable. He offered to fix/change it "next time he was in the area" for an additional charge. I asked for a more specific time and he refused to give me that. I will contract someone else to fix this. I suggest homeowners look for a more professional company or hold partial payment until the job is completed to your complete satisfaction."

"Paul came to give me an estimate for the gutters to be removed and some to be replaced. He examined the gutters from a ladder and explained well the specifics of the project. He and the supervisors were attentive to the questions I raised and replied promptly to phone calls. Everyone of the staff were friendly and the supervisors I spoke with paid attention to any concerns I had and followed through. I would recommend them highly."
