"All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof."

"Without hesitation, we recommend Len Gibley Contracting. Three years ago, we hired them to replace our roof and were very satisfied with the work, price, cleanliness, and timeliness. So, when it came to our siding and window renovation, we included them in the bidding process. Brian Dobbins was very responsive from start to finish. During the bidding process for Hardie Siding, Andersen Windows, gutters, and porch and deck repairs, Brian listened well, offered solid solutions, and gave us a competitive and detailed proposal. During the renovation, he was there to answer questions and solve problems. Brian's professional and hardworking crew showed up daily through completion. They finished on time and budget with no surprises. We are thrilled with the quality of the materials and installation, and we're glad we made a significant investment with Len Gibley Contracting. Thank you, Len Gibley - Our house looks brand new!"

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"I had FRS Roofers replace my rubber roof on my main roof and a back porch roof. I also had them realign the back porch roof to sit flush with the rest of the house. They also replace a lot of rotted wood, fascia and replaced the gutters. The team of roofers took three days to replace the roof and I couldn't be happier. They were professional, polite and cleaned up the work spaces and even left them better than they found it. During the three day period I has asked questions regarding the status and the site foreman got back to me right away. Everything was done as expected and I am very happy with my new roofs, I can now proceed to remodel the back porch."

"The attention to the customer, the explanation of what the work involves and the work plan, and the response to customer followup questions, is excellent. I cannot rate the work quality, since I know nothing about assessing roofing repairs, which also impacts any judgment about value for money as related to quality. But, this company is *very* expensive as compared to others in competition. Providers who charge a lot always claim it is due to superior quality, that is, the quality justifies the price, but laypeople cannot tell if that is accurate and justified or not. For us, this company was too expensive to hire for the remaining work."

"Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs."

"Jose did a fantastic job installing over 1200 sqft of tile over underfloor heating cables and Heatmatrix by Watts Suntouch. He is careful and very detailed oriented and really care about the quality of his work. I will definitely use him again and recommend him for any job. Thank you Jose."

"I am very pleased with the roof replacement. The workers were very thorough, neat, efficient, and professional. During the project they noticed a lot of rotted wood and were able to repair that as well. From the entire process - initial meeting; sales; work performed; and cleanup; I have nothing negative to say. Outstanding work."

"I have been in the Real Estate industry for 40+ years and regularly refer my clients to FRS for roof repairs and replacements. They are professional, timely, and cost efficient. I would highly recommend them for their services."
