They then sent a follow-up letter which said the job would be done in four weeks with no acknowledgment of the discrepancy. When they finally came, they did not have the proper parts for the gate and said they would have to come back. We had to be very assertive to get them to come back and finish the job. Also had to push the installers to do what was actually laid out in the estimate. Our neighbor also got an estimate and he was given very different prices than we were for the same services. The fence is fine for our needs; it is not badly installed, but it wasn't installed particuarly well, either, possibly because by the time they finally came the ground was frozen and there was snow on the ground resulting in gaps at the bottom of the fence."
