He could have repaired the ceiling and painted but was concerned that the leak was not properly repaired. He investigated and brought in an expert to inspect. Indeed there was still an issue. They repaired the leaks properly, waited for rain to ensure the fix workeed, and then Evan completed the dry wall work. The team was professional, courteous and honest. "CRG was great! We originally hired Cornelio & crew to redo our master bathroom, as their quote was extremely reasonable. When they removed the drywall in the bathroom, they found a great deal of water damage and structural problems. Cornelio walked us through the issues, and then gave us another reasonable quote to repair the problems. He initially quoted three weeks to finish the bathroom, which ended up being five and a half weeks due to the structural issues. The crew started on time every day and finished on time every day. All of the workers were very courteous and everyone did a great job of answering all of my questions. Cornelio was on site every morning and walked us through what was going to happen that day. When we had minor issues, they were fixed immediately, and when we had a few add-ons, Cornelio gave us a prompt (reasonable) quote and incorporated the changes into the contract.
