"This costs way more than you think, but all the companies charge the same. This guy is soooo nice. He knew what was needed, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and got it done quickly and efficiently. I was slightly disappointed because they left a little mess, but I'm told that pretty much all contractors are messy, so I don't think you can hold that against him. And when I mentioned it, he went above and beyond to apologize and fix it.
