The downlighting that we chose for the backyard mimics natural moonlight where the fixtures are located overhead in trees with the light shining down from above, creating a beautiful moonlit effect across the yard. We also incorporated some aesthetic uplighting to further lighten up the yard a little more. It is very attractive and we have received many compliments from friends and neighbors while entertaining at night. Mark, Owen & the entire team were prompt, professional & knowledgeable. They even did the installation on short notice for a graduation party & returned at night to make certain we were completely satisfied."

"I like my older desk light (dates back over 40 yrs to when I was in high school). When I brought the light in to their store, I wasn't completely sure what repairs it needed. "The system it self works fine but it was the damage they did to mu yard and refusal to repair it correctly. I was told that if I give a negative report about this company they will not honor my warranty. And so far they have kept their word. I requested that someone come out and adjust the heads as they are watering my neighbors lawn. No one had returned my email. We have many mis agreements and I got loud with one of the techs they came out to fix the yard because he told me to go in the house and let him work in my yard. I told him to leave. They left large cracks all throughout the yard. Some of them you can fit your hand into. The tech came out with one bag of dirt to repair the lawn and I advised him that was not enough. I have photos of my yard if anyone want to see. If they had just fix the cracks, everything else was ok. They credited $300 back to my card but I advised them that I wanted my yard fix and I did not ask for any money back."

"Mark Thomas from Crimson Valley and explained to us what could be done with the areas in detail. He listened to what we needed and was very helpful when we had any questions. The crew that did the work was great and took care of the area around the front stairs to prevent damage. When they took the steps and stoop apart, they noticed the box sill was rotting away. Mark called me and explained that it needed repairing before the work could be completed. I inspected the problem and agreed it needed repair. I asked Mark if he knew of anyone to do the repair and he said he did. He had Doug Newby of Rockford Home Repair come out to give a price to repair. I gave the ok for the repair and Doug finished the repairs right away so as not to impede the stair work. I was very impressed by the workmanship on the stairs. They did the work better than when the stairs were first done and they also extended the steps so they were not as narrow. As far as the landscaping in the back, my wife is extremely happy because she now has three more areas that she can plant in. She is a very avid planter. Overall, we are very happy we called Crimson Valley and we will not hesitate to call them again anytime we need anything done. Mark was very honest with us and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot say enough about Mark and the crew that did the work. Also let me mention Doug of Rockford Home Repair. I was impressed by his work and I would definitely call him with any repairs in the future. <br />"

"Jeff was here on time on a Saturday in an emergency situationon to repair burned up meter block/mount. When ComEd finally cut the power to the meter, Jeff needed about twenty minutes to do his part and another 15 minutes for ComEd people to splice in new cable and restore power. Jeff's bill was very reasonable considering the time involved. I would contact Jeff in a minute if I were to need further elecrical service. Thanks Jeff. <br />"
