"I needed a fence to keep my horses from getting out on the road via a new gate I'd had installed a few months earlier. (Another company did it.) In May the gate started opening randomly by itself at odd times and my horses were escaping. I had to chain up my new automatic gate, which defeated it's purpose! Apparently the former installer hadn't coded the automatic opener correctly. So in addition to building a new 585 foot three-rail vinyl horse fence that followed my curving driveway from the road to an existing fence around my house, Carlos reprogrammed the faulty fence opener for me. My new fence has two double gates, a 12-foot and a 10 foot. It was completed in less than a week in June. I live south of Dallas and Carlos is in Greenville so it was quite a drive for him. The new fence was a substantial investment, but besides serving the purpose I needed, it is really beautiful. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. "The owner, Colton reached out to me immediately and made arrangements to quote the job. This was a small repair job primarily affecting 2 fence panels. While most fence companies (a company I had worked with for 15 years said they would do it but backed out after quoting on the work) have decided to avoid small jobs, Colton was willing to come out and give a quote. After seeing the work, Colton was willing to take on the job and said he'd work me into his schedule over the next week. Within a week Colton arranged to do the work and then came out and completed the work. The work was high quality and satisfied all our needs for this repair. He was great keeping us informed by phone or text, so we didn't have to worry about being forgotten. As opposed to other fence companies, he was willing to quote on the work requested. Other companies wanted to increase the cost (to us) by replacing more fencing that currently did not need to be replaced.
