"We had several wide and narrow cracks in a 15 year old driveway, which they filled and sealed neatly. The seal coat material was put down in a clean and professional manner. There was no splash or spill on the surrounding concrete garage aprons or stone block, or on the grass. They left no footprints in the seal coat and took away all debris. Just a really clean job. We had an issue with an unexpected storm washing away some uncured material in a small heavily shaded area a couple of days later. They came back and recoated the area. The job came out great. The company is responsive to phone and text messages, and they arrive on time. Overall a good experience."

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. Everything was cleaned up meticulously and the crew even did a few extra things esthetically to make up for the slight delay caused by weather. "It started well: she was responsive to request for quote, came on time and quote was best we got. We reviewed our needs and came to an agreement. She and her painters were on time each day and actually finished 1/2 day earlier than expected. Problems were that their cleanup was less than satisfactory: many paint drips. I pointed many out to her on last day. I am still finding them. Yes there were some drips from prior paint jobs, but the ones I am cleaning up now are the colors she painted with, and very different from the old paint. In addition, she agreed to delay painting our stair risers until after the starts were sanded and stained. no problem she said. We agreed on a time and date, and she didn't show. And she never again returned my calls. Very unprofessional. If you cant do it, just let me know. She was paid to do it but never finished the job."
