We then contacted Ferguson Free Energy in Mars and they agreed to come out to our home in Kennedy township. Gary the owner, is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, HONEST. We told him that it would shut down intermittently and he diagnosed the issue immediately as a faulty electrical connection. He also vacuumed, cleaned the glass replaced the embers and even painted a scratch that was on the unit.
