Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"I hired OxiFresh to clean the carpet on my stairs to prepare my house for showings.  The technician, Paul, was incredibly personable, and he did a great job of cleaning the stairs.  There were some stains that had been there literally for years (mostly ground-in dirt and cat vomit stains that wouldn't come up when I cleaned them immediately with traditional carpet cleaners), and apparently a ton of deeply embedded pet hair I had no idea was there.  The carpet looked brand new when Paul finished.   <br> <br>I will say that a couple small stains reemerged after a few days, but Paul was super responsive and set up a time to come back out to work on those stains again.  They were very small spots, really--overall, the carpet still looked great--and the recleaning seems to have done the trick. <br> <br>Just a word of caution:  I had my stairs cleaned when the weather had been humid for a few days, so it took much longer for the stairs to dry than I had anticipated.  This wasn't a big deal to me, but if you're getting your carpet cleaned for a particular event (say, hosting guests you want to impress), you'll want to plan a few days in advance to allow the carpet to completely dry.  It was probably 2 days before my stairs were completely dry (again, in humid weather). <br> <br>I would definitely use OxiFresh for future carpet needs. <br>"

"Dust busters were absolutely amazing! We had never had the ducts cleaned since we moved in in 2913 and who knows if the previous owners had. They were prompt, professional and did a great good on our really really bad ducts and dryer vent. Then they recommended a look at the refrigerator coils and those were pretty bad too. So glad we got this done. They had a great coupon deal on Bbay and were less than half the cost of other companies I called in the area."

"Well, the initial day of cleaning; no one came. I finally found an email posted at 4:00, to say that the cleaner had to cancel. They couldn't find another. I was disappointed that they didn't call. Then they sceduled me for the next day, under the condition that I was to email if the next day was bad. I emailed to change to Thurs. The cleaner showed up anyway. I wasn't ready, as I was having guests. It worked out anyway, but the sceduling situation was bad. Also, I haven't heard back, as far as a future cleaning??The 1st time I got a $50.00 discount."

"The job went very well. The timing required that the wallpaper removal be done first then the repair of the bookcase. Next Pablo installed sheetrock where it was required in the skylight. The walls were then painted, followed by the woodwork and ceiling. The four coats of paint on the woodwork made it look very good. As the work proceeded careful tapeing and laying of plastic made the painting look great and kept the rest of the house clean. Pablo's crew kept the work area neat and cleaned up each night. They layed plastic down where they walked in the house. I will definitely use Proservices again."

"Like I said, she cleaned half my oven, half my washer (inside), my sink, shower, floors, windows, chair cushon and half my face. I couldn't believe the results. I have spend a ton of money on different products and chemicals that couldn't remove the rust from my washer or toilet, but she did, with ease. Although, it did leave me with breathing problems and a rash, that lasted several days.  <br /> My face has never been the soft ever and I too have tried very expensive products to no avail. And all I used was a cloth and water. I have seen before and pictures of lady that was in an accident and saw what this cloth did for her, after using this cloth, there was NO TRACE that she was ever in an accident. And the lady selling is 40+ and has NO WRINKLES because of this cloth. I am still in shock, but love this stuff."
