"I was hoping that I could get a plumber to fix my toilet on the same day that I called for service.  They went out of their way to make sure to get to plumbing problem was fixed the same day that I called and fit me into their schedule so I could still make it to my medical appointment that day.  The plumber and the scheduler were very kind and professional.  Sean told me what he suggested to repair the toilet and that I would have a one year warranty on parts and labor on the work.  The work was done in a timely manner and the bathroom was left as clean as before any work was performed  . <br />"
