"First, we had them build new retaining walls approximately 140' bordering the back and sides of our home. They removed a smaller retention wall and old concrete patio and replaced it with new walls and patio paver blocks. Behind the retention walls almost all the landscaping was replaced with a couple exceptions. All of our homes downspouts were put underground into the yard. They finished planting most of the plants just before the winter freeze. They, also, took out 2 large willow trees, ground the roots, and planted 2 new maple trees in their place. In our second project, they replaced all the paver bricks and retention walls bordering the front of our home and driveway. They built a brand new set of paver/concrete combination stairs into our yard where it was needed. There were transplants of bushes, as well. Thirdly, they put in irrigation drainage on the west side of our property which was needed. We also have used Rojas Landscaping for all of our lawn mowing, as well as spring and fall cleanups through the years. They have always done a beautiful job - we couldn't be happier with their work. Lino Rojas is a pleasure to work with. He understands all of our landscaping needs and we trust him with any helpful ideas. He always provides a solution to our questions. "Aces is excellent with modern trucks & earth moving equipment. They emailed me on 9/22, the day I contacted Servicemagic. They were out 9/23 to look at my project & clearly explained what they would excavate & what old railroad ties would be removed. Emailed me a contract the evening of 9/23; arrived at the house with all their modern equipment at 8 am and finished completing a beautiful job today, 9/24/10. A top notch family with which to do business."

"Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"
