"Sometimes things don't go well...and when that happens, it's how a company responds that determines the whether to recommend them or not. A tree limb fell and tore a piece of gutter. Sam gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. I work nights and can have work done on Fridays only due to sleeping days. Sam worked with my schedule and sent a worker. When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. I recommend Last Stop Roofing Company and if I need roof or gutter repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"We had sales people out twice who are good at selling. We had three major issues which we pointed out. The first time we had work with gutters and some other repair we thought one of the major items would be fixed. We were told no that would be part of the siding work so we agreed to the siding but still did not get the one big issue fixed. On the sales side this company is amazing and you will get lots of calls to schedule the work. On the back side you will get crickets. There is no email, online presence or anything but a phone which is never accessible outside of hours. Some of us work so we can pay for the work we thought would be done. I cannot recommend Power even though we have had windows, gutters and siding done by them. Go somewhere else. You can certainly find less expensive alternatives that actually have a way to communicate."
