"A & D Exteriors completed a complete roof installation at my home. Excellent work! A & D met with me to evaluate the job and provided a great overview presentation for me of what would be done. Working with Dustin setting up the project was so easy. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on with regard to the roof. Katrina was great, helping us select the materials that would complement our home. I had two layers of roof that had to be removed. The crew did this so quickly and efficiently. They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. Bath vents were not properly routed before, and Dustin had this correction as part of our project. They use the best vents on the market for this. Robert’s roof caps. The roof shingles and flashing were done with care and quality. I even watched one of the team members as he carefully positioned shingles each time so they were perfect. They took their time to do the job right, but are so efficient the project is done in one day. The crew cleaned up the property so well afterwards, which is a difficult task after taking off two layers of roofing. I had multiple quotes for this project but I would tell others not to even waste the time and to sign with A & D Exteriors for whatever your project entails. "Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. "Like many in our subdivision, we were approaching 20 years on our roof and had suffered some wind and hail damage related to some heavy storms earlier in the year. After seeing others in the subdivision having work done on their homes, my wife and I decided to take the plunge and try our hand with getting it approved through insurance (knowing the unlikelihood of getting full coverage on an old roof, particularly with one of the big-name insurance companies). We were connected with Eugene from Estate Exteriors through high recommendations from another person in our subdivision. In particular, Eugene works as a licensed public adjuster and has insight towards what is typically looked at by insurance companies before the decision is made to approve funding for roof repair. From the beginning I was very impressed with Eugene's professionalism. He arrived promptly a few minutes after I texted him, and got up on the roof to do a quick assessment. I admired Eugene's frequent and clear communication; he never used language that was too "over my head" and made sure I had a good understanding of all steps involved in the process. We communicated regularly by text, email and phone and he walked me through every step of the way. He was present when the insurance company sent out their own adjuster to assess the damage and was able to communicate his own findings. After I eventually did get approval for full roof repair, he scheduled the roof repair and was in constant communication letting me know of any potential unforeseen damage that might need to be repaired. He was also successful in getting some of that extra damage covered by insurance after the repair. The work (which involved full roof replacement, replacement of sky lights, and gutters) was high quality - and I still admire the appearance of our roof, which I didn't think I could ever get excited about! Finally, when it came time for payment, Eugene was available in person to help me call the mortgage company to ensure that our insurance checks would be endorsed and processed correctly. He also offered additional 0% financing for some of the additional work that was not covered by insurance. Overall, I have never had such a positive customer experience with ANYONE, like the one I had with Estate Exteriors. Eugene is honest, humble, a great communicator and does high quality work. I was so relieved to have such a burdensome project be made about as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company and recommend without any reservations!"

"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"This company is outstanding. They tore off the old roof and replaced a new roof in 9 hours with a crew of 7. Everything was put back in place and cleaned up perfectly. I did not find one nail anywhere after they left. This is the second time High Top Roofing was contracted to do the job in 18 years. Great company and Dan is wonderful to work with."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
