"Pat returned my call immediately and ended up coming out to repair my gate the same day! This was after waiting for a call back from the fence company who originally did all our fences and gates...I waited 6 days with no call back. Thank goodness for Pat and his son! The ended up having to saw off the hinge welds because one of the hinges was not moving much. The gate was repaired and welded back on in about 90 minutes!
