"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

"I wish there were 6 stars for extra credit! Our door was kicked in on 10/22. Lloyd responded early 10/23 to make sure property was secure. 10/24 Sean arrived at 8:30AM and stayed the entire day installing a new storm door, new exterior door, and new locks and reinforcements on all doors. We live in a 70 year old house, nothing is level or easy but you wouldn't know that by the workmanship and quality of the finished job. Sean completed the entire job in one day, cleaned up leaving no trace of being here, and left us feeling incredibly safe and secure with our new doors.
