"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"This is the third time I have used Edward's in the last 5 years, at two separate residences. Donald and crew are the best, hands down. I don't even call other companies when I need tree work done. From the estimate, to work day, to the thorough walkthrough after the job is complete, Donald is extremely professional, fair, and knowledgeable. For this job, exactly like past jobs, Donald expertly maneuvered the stump grinding machine into a tight spot in the backyard, ensuring not to damage a chain link fence that the tree was growing through. His crew removed large limbs that were growing over the house, all while dropping large pieces of the tree exactly where they intended. The entire process was perfect as always.
In addition to the two trees, Donald and crew pruned and trimmed small trees and brush from a fence line. They removed all of the over grown branches from around power lines with ease. I can't say enough about how great Edward's Lawn and Tree.
