(That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! Once we picked a plan the subsequent lighting installation looked very nice; both the product and services were of high quality. Additionally, the price is fair and the lights were installed according to the chosen lighting option and on the date promised.
