She was on time, asked questions appropriately and then provided stellar service in less time than I anticipated. "They left the pipe loose or they never did put the screws back in after they cleaned it. I don't know what really happened, but I know the pipe came off the top of the boiler and the fumes were coming in. They did a good job cleaning it, they just didn't finish the job properly. They could probably provide better training for their service people. It might have been a new guy, I don't know. They could have a checklist of things they should do. They were very polite and they did do a good job cleaning it, it's just that they left that off. It wasn't the best price, but it was within. You have to call them a couple of times. They were here when they said they were going to be. I did use them again for my wood stove."

"This review reflects only this experience. I have used Struble for pretty much all my plumbing needs over the past several years. I have found their plumbers to be very good at what they do. However, I made an appointment with the office on Monday for this morning (Thursday) at 8:30 a.m. and the plumber never showed up. The plumber had called me on Monday (after I set the appointment for Thursday) prepared to come that day, but I had previous engagements for that day and the next two; therefore the first appointment of the day on Thursday. I have called twice this morning (Thursday) and left messages. My last message was that I assumed they were not interested in my business. I have a very busy schedule and am offended that my schedule is not respected. Even a phone call saying there was an emergency or something would have been appreciated. The automated message on their phone says that the average wait time for a return call is one hour. I finally heard from someone on Friday at about 3:45 in the afternoon. That's more than 31 hours after the scheduled appointment. I was told there was an emergency on Thursday, but that doesn't explain no phone call (even after I had called twice). I have already made an appointment with another plumber. A suggestion is that Struble Plumbing hire someone to be in the office to receive phone calls during business hours. <br />"
