"They tested the system and found that the run capacitor was leaking, changed the control box, the pressure gauge and pressure switch. They found that there was a grounding problem, and replaced one of the wires from the junction box to the well, then set the pressure tank to the proper pressure. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"This furnace / hot water heater work was initiated by a leaking furnace that was going to be costly to repair and would still be very inefficient.   The existing equipment room was a real mess and going to be a challenge.  I called and requested Curtis at Mtn Mechanical after having worked with him at my home, for a cost estimate for the repairs and one for replacement.  He was very helpful with recommendations and explanations and didn't try and sell me on a higher end unit that was beyond the AHFC rebate program recommendations and budget. After getting another bid Mtn Mechanical worked with me on the price; came by the duplex with out charge within a day of my call to drain tanks to stop leaking while I figured out what I was going to do, did a demo on a Friday to give us the weekend to re-do the equipment room, and installed on a Monday without an additional charge to mobilize twice.  After the bid was accepted and plan for replacement was in place I was informed by the tenant of an additional leak in a bedroom baseboard that Curtis and crew fixed after the furnace install without adjusting the original bid.  My experience with all the staff at Mtn Mechanical has been very pleasant, no hard sell and they give you the feeling that they are really there to help YOU.   <br /> The help, advise, and service they provided to me, and my son who is working out of town at the time of year, made a stress inducing project just a little bit easier. <br />"
