Being a 'Gold' member, they told me it would be $30.00 to just come out and check it out and take care of it. I am not sure what they are doing these days, but if you need something minor, do not call these guys. I filled out their survey, the owner called, missed the call, I tried to return the call two times, left messages."

"Based on my first and so far only experience with this plumber, Dale, I recommend him highly. I am amazed at what he did for me. I had a rotten drain pipe going back into the wall that needed to be replaced. Two plumbing companies with fancy trucks told me they couldn't replace the pipe, and they would have to take out the sink vanity, cut holes in the wall replace a large section of the iron pipe with PVC parts. They would do this sometime next week at a price between one and $2000. Luckily, I called Clifton Plumbing Co., and Tammy had Dale give me a call explaining how he would take out the old copper drain pipe, which would be soldered into a collar and replace it with a new galvanized pipe. He talked big, but could he deliver? Dale showed up on time a few hours later in an old Chrysler minivan, looked at the job, and got to work. He didn't talk much, and I had to stay out of his way, but less than 30 minutes after he arrived, he had the pipe and collar removed from inside the wall and replaced with a new galvanized pipe ready to hook the sink too. I was so amazed at what this guy could do that I ask him if he could also replace the same kind of pipe in a bathroom on the other side of the wall. 20 minutes later, he came out, and it was done. I didn't get fancy trucks nor salespeople to schmooze me, but I did get to talk to Tammy, and I got to see a skilled plumber go in laser-focused on getting the job done and doing what others could not do.
