Sam, at Progressive Renovation, was the only contractor we interviewed to tell us exactly what the adjuster advised, and his cost estimate was identical to the adjusters. The crew worked on our site constantly (except during rain) and not only restored the chimney, but did so with better materials and workmanship than we had before. "This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work.
