"Mickey promptly came over to give us an estimate. They came when they were due and did an excellent job. They were clean and tidy. Th gutters & roof looked great after they cleaned them-also had the chimney repaired-excellent job-polite and respectful."

"They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work. They also installed at an earlier time plastic under my house. They even noticed that insulation work I had done by another contractor was not completed. I called the contractor and told him they noticed his work and he came back and finished the job.  I didn't know it at the time, but they also install insulation. I would use them again."

"I acquired blue wave pressure solutions to complete the cleaning of my walkways and siding on my house. The most impressive aspect was the same day service and the professionalism that was shown from the employee. They did an amazing job and and was very thorough. I will 100% rehire them in the future!"

"I contacted Mel Yoder's Home Improvement for an estimate on my home and when the gentleman came out to look at it he identified some hail damage to my roof.  I wasn't even aware there was hail damage so I was quite suprised to find out there was damage to my roof.  The insurance company came out and paid for a new roof and then when they opened the roof up they found out my roof boards weren't up to code and got the insurance company to pay for that as well.  I was extremely pleased with their work.  They did the entire job in one day so they weren't there for weeks on end.  I would recommend the Yoders again and if I ever need anything else I'll ask for Dwayne."

"Brad, the technician for Tom's Appliance Service, provided excellent and friendly service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am not happy with Choice Home Warranty, however. When purchasing 3 contracts for 3 houses, I was promised service within 24-72 hours. The service was not completed until a week later."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Pablo Quality Construction removed existing roof and installed a new roof, they were on site when they said they would be and they did a great job, I would highly recommend them and I’m looking forward to working with them again on other projects around are home."
