"Angelo was true to his word. When he promised a quote or call back, he did so in the time frame he provided. In addition, he was quick to do the job and worked around my schedule for both the initial visit and the job itself. The price was very competitive with other roofers I sourced. I ended up going with Guardian Roofing because of Angelo's top notch customer service and their raving reviews. The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. Guardian had to remove siding and shingles in order to properly fix my balcony. They replaced everything perfectly - you would never know they had removed it in the first place. The guys who did the job cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing and I am looking forward to doing business with them again. Thanks to Guardian I know am able to safely and confidently utilize my balcony. There was no guessing with them and nothing to question. No hidden fees."

"Our building flat roof was in need of repairs. Our HOA executive board sought out a company that could met our specific needs. I would definitively recommend Alsip Roofing. Rudy and his father came and evaluated our roof, made suggestions for replacement and repair at a budget friendly price point. Their crew members were respectful, helpful, on time, and cleaned up the area after project completion. If there were any concerns before, during, and now after project completion...they are directly addressed by Rudy. We now have a new roof that does not require "silver painting" every few years and warranties! It has been a great experience working with Alsip Roofing."

"This company was the only one of many to identify, find, and repair a problem leak in the roof. Very experienced and knows roofing."

"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"I was a little skeptical about the gushing reviews, but I could not be happier. Super professional, great service and quality, new roof looks great, and at a competitive price."

"Montes Roofing repaired the flat roof on my apartment building. They were able to get, hopefully, another 2-3 years out of 30+ year old roof. Thanks for a great job!"

"Based on other quotes I received, Supreme, was the most realistic. They did exactly what they said they would and were very neat. I was able to inspect the work at each stage of the repair."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"They were quick and precise when completing my garage roof"

"We saw water marks in our top floor apartment in chicago city. Called for flat roof repair. The tech checked everything found tears around the HVAC and saw old sealant was worn. Of pushing for a full tear-off he did hot-air repairs and added silicone coating where needed. Their honesty and knowledge were great. Their proactive approach saved us money. It?s clear they care about long-term customers, not cash. For maintenance or emergency roof damage repair on Chicago flat roofs they are our go-to. Reliable, on time and very skilled."
