"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

10+ years in the construction field, mostly in framing; stud wall and post frame buildings. I love the construction field and just want to make more for my family and add new life to my community by fixing up houses and helping my neighbors.

Reliable, knowledgeable, diligent

"The smoothest construction work I’ve ever had done! I LOVE my new kitchen! They were professional, timely, and very fairly priced. They listened to my input, and provided options to me that I wasn’t even aware existed. I ended up with better quality and design for the same price. The “Dan’s” were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I cannot say enough good things. If we hit a roadblock, they had solutions ready and waiting for my approval. Most importantly, they were in control of everything. They listened to me, then handled it all, and gave me everything I wanted and more. It was really a dream makeover which I cannot say is the norm for most! I would definitely recommend and will hire them again for all my future projects!"

"All work was completed before Christmas except for work dependent on flooring which was done by another company.  They were prompt, neat, polite and communicated very well. They arranged for the building permit and interim inspections, which makes it easier on working homeowners.  They cost a bit more than one other quote and lower than another, but the ease of working with JJB and the quality of the work really made a difference. One neighbor just looked at our new rec room and will be asking for a quote also."
