Pros: One of the few companies I could find after THOROUGH research that did both major landscaping (changed slope of driveway and grade around house) and foundation work ( excavated to 6-8 and waterproofed exterior). Employees who worked hard and listened to what we wanted Cons: Communication issues - probably pretty typical but as a person going through a project this big for this first time, there were points that I was extremely frustrated. The two main issues were lack of responsiveness (only at times, at other times they were quick to respond) and lack of clear responses at times. To note: our project was big, and cost $30k. We could've bid the job out to a bunch of different, way cheaper people for probably $15k. However, we thought it was worth it to have one expert level company do all the work and this ended up being true for us. It was worth it."
