"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. "I,E.L.Sivels Capital Llc, stand firm, project move at a steady pace, but there was a few items that I was concerned about, the offset in the front of the roof pitch, wind prone shingles dangling at the corners, nails that was use as support was nail to the top layer of the shingles, expose wood that is subject to weather that should have been felt or flash. I have made several attempts in good faith reaching out, to get the problem solved.In all fairness he does call and response verbally to my concerns, but the conversation never leads to resolving the said problems that I am concern with."
