He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."

"It went very well. Miguel did an excellent job with the installation. He is very professional and friendly and knows how to make sure the customer is satisfied. From the moment we called him to have the job done he was on time came and checked out the job then scheduled with us to get it done. We are very pleased with the results and the best thing is we don't have to pay for cable anymore. It was great experience!!!!!"
