"We brought Boites Best on over 2 years ago. WHAT A FANTASTIC FIND for us! Juan and his team are efficient, communicative, kind, trustworthy, and overall provide exceptional service. Juan and his team come once a week and clean our home that also serves as our business office. We have 2 to 3 people that come to my home daily to work and with my employees, 5 dogs most days. As you could imagine, this creates chaos and mess. Without Juan and his team my home would be a nightmare. I would HIGHLY recommend Boites Best to any family member, friend, or acquaintance, as I trust my office and home with his cleaning service and his team. On top of always doing such an amazing job with weekly cleaning, he finds the time to spot-clean areas of my home as well. Juan and team have become part of our team and family and I highly recommend him and his services."

"Just what I had hoped for. Susan and Joe were on time, easy to work with, reasonably priced and, most important, did a fine job cleaning my home. I will definitely use them again."

"They were supposed to clean the master bath and bedroom but didn't.

"Overall, it really depended on who came to clean.  Some were much better than others, and the good ones I found were very difficult to rebook.  I found one cleaner I really liked who was always punctual, fast and extremely thorough.  But she was rarely available so I finally gave up.  Most other cleaners were mediocre at best.
One time there was a miscommunication and the cleaners were no-shows.  Once I contacted them, the company quickly got people out here to do the job even though they have been at another place all day.  Very responsive in that situation, and one of the girls that arrived did a very good job.
The fact that I could never get the same GOOD cleaner on a regular basis is why I quit them in the end.  Their customer service is excellent, but the inconsistency in their cleaners (some were super slow and not very thorough) was too frustrating for me to continue using their service.

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
