She responded quickly, reviewed an image I sent and drove out to the house the same day she was contacted to assess the damage. She identified the manufacturer for the surface that was long discontinued. This was a rental house and no extra material was available to repair the damage yet she still was able to work her magic to repair the surface well and at an affordable price. "Tile looks great. A promise was made that the grout on the backsplash over the sink would be repaired. It was not done. The steam caused the light bulb in the shower to fail. It seems to be the fixture itself. The electrical outlet near the sink was similarly ruined. We have an electrician coming tomorrow to fix those two items."

He was in my kitchen just a few hours later to take measurements and give an estimate. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining his process step by step. Another bonus is that he passed his contractor pricing on to us - we shopped for and bought the slabs and tiles, then paid much less than retail for the items. He then arranged for everything once the purchase was complete. 
 His workers were thorough and punctual - I was never waiting - again, a first with a contractor for me. They made sure I was satisfied with the job through each step before leaving and did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. (I have young twins, so I went over the kitchen with a fine toothed comb to make sure nothing ended up in their mouths - I did find a few pieces here and there)
All in all I was thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Bianco and San Diego Rocktops to anyone.
