Our initial intent for scheduling an at-home meeting with them was just to gather information but Ira won us over with his professionalism, friendliness and patience. He listened to our concerns and invited us to his Long Island office so Dad could try out a demo floor model. This morning, Anthony & Mike arrived early for the installation and they were done in less than 2 hours. Both were very professional, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They patiently went over how to use the lift and watched Dad go up & down and get on & off several times. From start to finish, we had great service from Next Level Accessibility.
