"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"We had to wait almost 3 months to get our new shower installed, parts were ordered but took a long time to be delivered. The installers were on time, hard working and cleaned up each day. The price was high for a shower stall."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). He was really easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and my wife absolutely loved the final result!"

"Joe DaSilva from Silmac has become my go to person for all house projects! Ive remodeled my bathroom, laundry room, and built a new deck with Silmac. Recently I needed an electrician to install an outdoor outlet and Joe sent out an electrician that did the job in a few hours. Ive also recommended Silmac to a friend whom is currently having her bathroom renovated. Reasonably priced and friendly help. Can't recommend this company enough!"

"Hi, I just wanted to say how happy I am with the luxury vinyl flooring that was installed. Integrity Bathworks did an amazing job. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The floors came out amazing and completely changed the look of the room. Everything was done clean, fast, and the attention to detail really shows. I would definitely recommend Integrity Bathworks to anyone looking to upgrade their flooring. Great work!"

"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. He is honest and wants to make the customer happy."

"Cecil with CS Plumbing “knocks it out of the park” again. I unexpectedly needed another boiler installed within a week of my last install by him. The second install was once again neat and clean, completed within hours, not days and his knowledge and professionalism were on full display. I have one more boiler to replace in this three family and I’ll give you one guess who will be doing the work!"

"WR Builders Inc. recently completed a deck installation for us, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The team was professional and paid close attention to detail. The quality of their work is excellent, and we’ve already recommended them to several friends."

"The job was well done, Pedro and his team were responsive and professional. The plaster job was beautifully done and the job came together very well. We already recommended Crystal Rénovations to a friend and will certainly contact them for future work."

"Very professional installers of my new walk in shower. They repaired dry wall and did plumbing and shower installation. Very happy with the job."
