"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"JOB WAS DONE ON TIME. PERSONNEL WAS FRIENDLY & HONEST. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE FURRING STRIPS WERE REMOVED & PLACED UNDER THE DECK OUTSIDE. I DON'T HAVE THE TIME NOR THE INCLINATION NOR THE ''KNOW-HOW'' TO REPLACE THEM. NOW I HAVE TO GET RID OF THEM. OTHER THAN THAT, THE JOB WAS WELL DONE."

"That's the good news.  I asked the technician to replace the sacrificial anode since the water heater was 8 years old.  In short, the technician did not realize that the heater had to be cooled before attempting the removal of the anode.  He ruined the anode trying to get it out.  So I now have a new water heater.  Mixed feelings.  The technician should have known that magnesium expands faster than stainless steel, and was locked because of the different expansion properties."
