The first thing I noticed was how friendly and knowledgeable he was - he was able to answer every question that came up easily. Communication was top notch - very fast responses to calls/texts. He climbed on the roof and used a drone to evaluate the property. At this point, we discussed options. We were especially interested in Owens Corning shingles - they seemingly have a great warranty. Now at this point, I had four companies to decide between. What made me go with Mighty Dog was the following: they were a "Platinum Preferred Contractor" for Owen's Corning (be sure to make sure your roofer is certified in your roof system as they are held to the manufacturer's standards and can honor your warranty), the communication was top notch, the quote was easy to understand, he felt trustworthy, the price was fair, and seemed to know what he was doing. I had initial reservations with going with this company as they didn't have as many online reviews as competitors - don't let this scare you away. His workers showed up on time as scheduled and worked their butts off all day to remove my old roof (2x layers of shingles) and install a beautiful new one (all were very professional and friendly as well). Their cleanup was so good, you could barely tell anything was done (other than a beautiful new roof. I was extremely impressed all around. Would recommend."
