She spent the time to go over our options and answered all our questions- and I had a ton of questions. Even when they ran into an issue replacing our ancient unit, the team stood by their word. The technicians Blake and Christian that installed the HVAC system were amazing- I can't say enough good things about these two guys as they went above and beyond. They were professional, kind, patient and kept us informed all the way. Not to mention, they left the place spotless when they left. The reason I'm giving Anderson 4 stars is due to the lack of rebate options comparable to local competitors. The two other companies we were working with offered the TECH and TECH partner program where you can receive up to a $3k rebate.
