"Owner Brandon Hood and crew completed project in just under a day.  Had good communication and follow ups thru out bidding and scheduling process.  Prompt replys made to all inquires.  Brandon was present and did some painting as he supervised the work.  Crew was careful not to get stain/paint on adjacent surfaces and shrubs.  Brandon and crew were responsive to being sure any and all missed spots were redone to owners satisfaction.  All used paint cans, etc. cleaned up before crew departed.  Over all a fine job by a hard working group.

"Chip and a person who works for him named Josh were excellent. Chip was easy to communicate with, quick to reach out, easily reachable, showed up on time, and completed all of the repairs to our drawers that had gone off track and/or had bad rollers, in addition to doors that needed slight tweaks to latch, close or be reattached and exceeded my expectations. In Terre Haute over many years in attempts to help my parents with items around their home, I am used to poor quality service and people who do not show. I would call Chip again for another project or handyman service and actually already have one. You get what you pay for when it comes to work like this and feel that Chip charged me a fair price and it was worth every cent. I would not hesitate to refer him to another person."

FAQs for small projects painting or staining projects in Jasonville, IN

You'll need about two gallons of paint to fully cover your kitchen cabinets with two coats. Since each gallon covers around 350 square feet, it's a good idea to measure your cabinets or use a paint calculator to determine exactly how much you'll need. Starting with one or two coats of primer and then applying two to three layers of paint will give you a flawless, durable finish. Using high-quality paint can reduce the number of coats needed and provide a long-lasting finish.

The best type of paint for your kitchen cabinets is latex paint because it applies evenly and creates a durable finish. If you're painting wood surfaces and need extra adhesion, acrylic paint is a great alternative. We don't recommend oil-based paint for residential use due to its VOC emissions. For finishes, go with eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, or satin, as matte finishes aren't as durable or as easy to clean.

The best method for painting kitchen cabinets is spray painting because it gives you a smooth, even finish without brush strokes. While brushes and rollers can work, they often leave marks and require more effort. If you're aiming for a professional look, spray painting is your best bet to enhance the beauty and durability of your cabinets.
