"Not great. The stripping of the deck was done promptly after the bid, and he did and excellent job there. NO complaints.  This is what he is known for and I have no complaints. However, he also took on a sanding of the deck where someone else tried to previously powerwash and did so with too high power a system and completely tore it up.  It was a mess. He tried to do so with a hand sander and it took LOTS of time. Due to this and putting more hours into it than he had planned, things became rushed, and when he became rushed, quality slipped. Footprints are still on my stained porch, I had to re-do one side of a building, and overall just attitude with us and his workers slipped. When taking his time, he did a great job. when he got rushed, he did not. He would start the job, turn it over to his workers, and then leave to do estimates elsewhere. If not as much done when he got back as he thought there should be, suddenly a very fast pace ensued and quality slipped.  <br /> So in short, if just doing stripping of decks and staining, he knows what he is doing, and when he takes his time does it quite well. Otherwise, needs to stay away from staining of wood structures if he doesn't know how long he will take, and can't take his time.  <br /> <br />"

They did very well and communicated well with us. He was true to his estimate and when more needed replaced then they could see prior to ripping off the old, he was very professional and up front. "It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have.
