My floors, despite being 70 years old, LOOK NEW! Certain planks that had to be removed and replaced due to stain or deterioration were done with exacting precision and match the existing floor. "It went pretty well.  They obviously knew what they were doing.  They were very neat.  They painted the room with very little disruption to the rest of the house.  They were very quiet.  The owner was one of the painters, which is important, as his name is on the line. 
The room ended up needing two days, as the old paint was dark, and the new is light; the walls needed an extra coat.  They charged the same lower rate for the second day.  There were a few small details that could have been covered better,  and they didn't remove some of the hardware, but rather painted round it.  But they were quite good at detailing with this.  To be fair, I didn't ask them to specifically remove all door hardware, etc. beforehand, and they probably would have if I had.  
 All in all the room looks really nice, like a completely different room.  My daughter is thrilled.  This company deserves more business.
